Validity of applicant's Passport should at least be 6 months + 1 week from the date of application. Additional booklet if any should be submitted along with valid visa stamped in it.
One 3.5 * 5.0 cm visa type photograph with blue color background taken recently at least within 3 months must be submitted along with the Application Form.
Visa Processing time is 3 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, Public Holidays and Malaysian Embassy Holidays). Hence kindly ensure that the applicant's validity of SVP (Social Visit Pass for Singapore) is at least 10 days.
Once the Passport is submitted to the Embassy, it will be returned to the applicant only when the Embassy returns it to us.
Only Singapore PR or Work Pass holders are eligible for Multiple Entry Visa for 1 to 5 years, depending on Passport and relevant passes validity.
Applicants on SVP (Social visit Pass) are eligible for Single Entry Visa only.
Please do ensure that all the required columns are filled with the applicant's signature on the Application Form. In case of failure to download the Application Form from this website, applicants must come in personally to apply visa with the IC, Passport and SVP (Social Visit Pass) , whichever is applicable.
Service fee is not subjected to refund in case the Passport returns unsuccessful from the Embassy.
